Client Side Support

By using this client side support facility, our support staff can connect to and take control of your office PC's. Only use this page under supervision from our support staff.  Please note that you will be able to see everything that we do on your screen but you can disconnect us at anytime.

The link will download a customised program which should give you a 9 digit ID. Please provide this to our CSiCare support team staff. They will connect using this and you will be prompted to allow us access to your machine. Accept and you’re off!

The control session is entirely determined at your end, it only allows access for as long as you wish.
